Did you know you can use AI to generate quizzes and self-assessments? I asked Chat GPT to create an ADHD self-assessment for me and then we chatted through my responses like talking to a therapist or an old friend!
Obviously my results were to be taken with a huge AI sized grain of salt, but it was a helpful conversation!
